Around February 3rd, Millares celebrates its festival in honor of the patron Saint Blaise, bishop of Sebaste and advocate against sore throats. There are parades with a music band, fireworks, liturgical acts and processions, anointing of parishioners with the blessed oil of the saint, and distribution of the typical Saint Blaise rolls.
Also of great importance is the Easter Festival, which includes Holy Week and Easter Sunday. There is a procession of the Holy Burial, attended by the brotherhoods of Christ, the Bed, and the Virgin; a paella contest on Holy Saturday in the Plaza del Hinchidor, as well as other recreational and cultural events, and the procession of the Holy Encounter on Sunday, with the distribution of Easter cakes to the children.
Finally, in August, on the 6th, the patronal festival of the Holy Christ of Health is celebrated, who presides over the main altar of the church. It consists of a mass, mascletá, parades, processions, and musical performances in the Plaza Mayor.
