Lavadero y Fuente de San Patricio (Bolbaite)

In Bolbaite, the water from the springs is not as abundant as in Anna and the lower part of the Canal in general. The fact of having, as it was in the past, a San Pancracio fountain with its modest laundry area in the upper neighborhood of Las Eras, at the foot of the Castle-Palace, was a privilege for the neighbors. The rural architecture complex we are talking about, remodeled in 1957, has its paved stone pool, with availability for five simultaneous laundresses. Next to it, the modest square basin, presided over by the saint’s tiles, has a special charm.
